Due to the delay flight that arrived late by 24 hours, the plan which was schedule for 5 day was reduced to 4 days. On each of the 4 days, the itineraries shall be altered to the following.
On itineraries
Each of the itineraries which is schedule for 1 ½ hour shall be reduce by 15 minutes which make sufficient to slot in the itineraries which is not able to executed due to the delay of flight.
On transport requirement
Travelling will be made a little by 30 minutes to ensure sufficient time and travelling before the peak hours especially during the peak hours where schoolchildren is going to school and people going to work. This will help us to utilized the time more effectively and efficiently. Avoiding the traffic jam will help in the re-schedule of itineraries.
On meal arrangement
Meal arrangement will remain the same except for some restaurant which located in far distance will had to be cancel due to travelling time. Arrangement for nearby restaurant within the vicinity of the place visited is more advisable. For certain restaurant, request the restaurant operator to prepare the food 15 minutes before arrival of visitors. Phone in advance before reaching the restaurant.
On accommodation
This may varies but with assistance from the hotel front office staff to provide a morning call to all the guests and brief the guests a day early of the new time sc
