Malaysian Cuisine


Food available is of Malay, Chinese and Tamil.
- Tim Sum
-Nyonya Kueh ( pulut tai tai, kueh talam, ondeh-ondeh, kueh lapis )
-Satay -side ingredients- onions & cucumber
-ketupat
-Roti canai
-Lemang
-nasi lemak
- grill crab seafood
- other ; torch ginger, chillies,ginger, mints
- a pounder and mortar
-basket aka siar nar ( a nyonya stuff)
